Atmosphere is an exciting new addition to the façade market, offering infinite variability, measured sustainability outcomes and the ability to retrofit existing buildings, assisting them to achieve energy efficiency.

Atmosphere utilises folded perforated panels combined with tensioned stainless steel cables to create a façade that floats from the building envelope.
 
The façade system has been designed to allow internal occupants to have a clear vision of the space outside, while protecting them from the harsh glare of the sun.

The Atmosphere E2 panel achieves the optimum balance of reducing the heat hitting the surface of the glass, while still allowing enough natural daylight to penetrate deep into the internal space.
The following data is based on analysis of the E1 panel, as performed by GHD, based on a typical curtain wall application for a typical office in Melbourne, Australia.
